Some of our competitors can only MIG weld nelson studs, taking 5x longer and not ensuring proper penetration but Steel House does it the right way. Whether its steel embed plates or embed perimeter angle on a concrete structure, we offer same-day nelson stud welding to all our customers. We stock Nelson studs of all sizes, so no job is too big or too small.
One of our expert fabricators can shoot around 2-3 studs a minute with pinpoint precision using our stud gun. It’s as simple as measure, mark, shoot. Our fabricators measure the spacing, mark the stud locations, load the specified stud into the gun and then it’s simply “point and shoot.”
